Set up in memory of Mark Jon Bolderson, former music student at Hartlepool VIth Form College, percussion and composition student at Birmingham Conservatoire and Bandsman of the Royal Artillery.

We aim to award financial scholarships annually, to promising percussion students.

The essential criteria to apply for the scholarship is :
You must be a Percussion student
You must be aged under 18
You must be resident in the North East of England (Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Co Durham or Teeside).

Applications will open every July and auditions will take place every August with the scholarship awardees performing in an annual memorial concert.

The first awards will be awarded in 2018 and details of the application process will be posted later.
